From our farm

We choose to make our food from scratch: searching and saving organic seeds, planting, growing, harvesting and cooking. It takes a little more time and effort, but simply just by knowing what goes into our food makes it worthwhile.

We harvest our ingredients for our dinner.
We managed to cut beautiful banana blossoms to make delicious salad, pick up lovely durian flowers and turn them into crispy tempura….We try to savour what Mother Nature gave us.

Handmade lifestyle & traditional kitchen tools

Grinding soy bean using the traditional stone grinder causes the individual bean to burst and produce a much stronger fragrance and aroma than bean whisked in a blender. Soy milk made with this method is creamy and the tofu made is absolutely flavorful. Handmade flavorful tofu together with fragrance rice cooked using the tradition wooden/bamboo steamer–>THIS IS PERFECT!

Handmade lifestyle and traditional kitchen tools. We love to use old traditional kitchen aids in preparing all our foods in the farm. Pounding or grinding spices and herbs on a traditional mortar and pestle or stone grinder helps keeps the natural taste and flavor intact.
