Farm to Table: Soybeans

Agricultural Education Program

The program starts with grinding our homegrown soybean using the traditional stone grinder. The grinded soybean will then use to make soy milk and tofu (soybean curd). Organic orchard and farm tour, planting soybean, making fire using rocket stove to cook soy milk, making tofu using the traditional and natural way. Enjoying handmade soy milk and tofu and the vegan lunch.

Grinding soy bean using the traditional stone grinder causes the individual bean to burst and the tofu made is absolutely flavorful.
Soymilk make of course produce stronger fragrance and aroma than bean whisked in an ordinary blender.

Children enjoying making tofu in the agricultural education program. They are more apprecited the food especially when they are involving in the planting, harvesting and cooking by themselves.
